Club Bead 2025 • February 6-10 • Ixtapa, Mexico

Join us February 6-10, 2025, for four glorious days of classes at Club Med Ixtapa, Mexico. This will be our first year at the venue. It’s a great spot for beading, and an amazing place for a vacation – bring your family, significant other, or just yourself. You can come early, stay late, to enjoy the warm Pacific Coast weather. Club Med is an all-inclusive resort so all you need to bring is you, beading supplies, and swimwear!

Club Bead Prices and Payment Plan

Space at Club Bead is limited to 54 participants to ensure a wonderful learning experience.
No more than 18 students per classroom.

Event Cost:

Single Occupancy – starting from $1,575 per person
Double Occupancy – sharing with another participant – starting from $1445 per person
Double Occupancy with non-participant guest – starting from $2455 ($1445 + $1010)

Final price will depend on your accommodation and upgrade choices.

Registration

Club Bead schedule and participation

Club Bead classes take place over three days – Friday, February 7 – Sunday, February 9.

We are offering an extra optional class on Thursday February 6^th in the afternoon. The instructor and project will be announced in October.

Students are divided into groups allowing each group to attend classes from each instructor on rotating days, so everyone takes all three classes and the optional Thursday afternoon class.

Kits. The instructors will be in charge of taking kit orders. This will happen after Club Bead 2025 registration is closed (Nov 1^st).

Cocktail Party and more.
During your stay, we will host a welcome cocktail on February 6^th at 6 pm, followed by a welcome dinner (reserved sitting.)

At the end of the event, we will have a farewell dinner (reserved sitting.)

Spouses, partners, or guests are welcome to join students for a fun and relaxing retreat without classes. They will pay a reduced rate, which does not include the class fee. Otherwise, they have full access to the all-inclusive Club Med facilities and activities.
