Club Bead 2027 will be held at the Courtyard Marriott, San Antonio Riverwalk, in San Antonio, Texas. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodations. SFJAG has negotiated special rates for the retreat. Attendees are welcome to bring a guest to the event.

Important: The room rates are available from January 31st through February 11th. The hotel site is defaulting to the entire span, so you will need to change your arrival and departure dates!

There are two classes of rooms available. The regular room is $169 per night. A room with a Juliet balcony and a view of the Riverwalk is $199 per night (Romeo not included).

The room rates shown above are available from February 1st through February 10th, (3 days pre & post event) if booked at the same time as your reservation. Rates include in-room and conference room wifi for all attendees. Your reservation must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit.

Rates for room upgrades (if available) or additional nights are the responsibility of the attendee. You are free to invite guests to join you at the event, but you are responsible for any charges. If you wish to room with another attendee, only one person should make the reservation so that we do not skew our room count. Simply book the room for two guests. If you double with another attendee who has made a separate reservation, please remember to release one of the reservations so that our room count is accurate.
