Club Bead 2027 will take place on the Riverwalk in beautiful San Antonio, Texas. Join us for three days of amazing classes at the Courtyard Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk with a faculty of your favorite teachers: Cynthia Rutledge, Kinga Bledsoe (Nichols), and Rangashrii Santhanam.
The Crowning Victoria Bracelet was inspired by the silver and diamond band at the base of a crown commissioned by Queen Victoria in 1870 to wear over her widow’s cap following the death of Prince Albert in 1861. A repetitive series of components linked with pearls makes a big statement while being open and airy at the same time.

Forged by the bead-mages of old, the Dragon’s Hoard Necklace once rested in the treasure chamber of Saerath, the Verdant Flame—an ancient dragon who prized magic over gold. More ….Classes: Club Bead classes take place over three days – Friday, February 5th – Sunday, February 7th. Lunch is included on each class day. Students are divided into groups allowing each group to attend classes from each instructor on rotating days, so everyone takes all three classes.
Kits: Kits will be available for purchase at the venue. Instructors will provide a list of materials and supplies necessary to create their project for students wishing to bring their own beads and components. If you elect to provide your own kit components, please note that if your choices are not compatible with the project, the instructors are not obligated to adapt their instructions to accommodate your materials. You may be required to purchase a kit from the instructor if your supplies are not compatible.
Trunk Show and Cocktail Party: We will host a welcome cocktail party and teacher’s trunk show the evening of February 4th for students to meet and mingle with each other and the instructors.

The San Antonio River Walk (“Paseo del Río”) is a 15-mile, below-street-level urban waterway and pedestrian park in downtown San Antonio, Texas. It features stone paths lined with restaurants, shops, and trees, serving as a major tourist attraction, and cultural hub. The River Walk is just outside the hotel, giving easy access to the shops and restaurants adorning the pathways.
