Club Bead 2027 Registration Schedule
- February 22nd, 2026: Registration opens only for Club Bead 2026 attendees
- March 9th, 2026: Registration opens for SFJAG members & Club Bead 2026 waitlist
- March 16th, 2026: Registration opens for all
Please note: Registrations outside of the designated dates/groups (as above) will be cancelled without notice. If you wish to register early, being or becoming a member of the South Florida Jewelry Arts Guild is your best option. Attendance capped at 54 students. Once we reach capacity, we will open a waitlist.
Waitlist
Waitlist procedures: If we receive a confirmed cancellation, waitlist registrants will be contacted in the order they registered by the email provided. You will have until the end of the 2nd day to respond, after which the next person on the list will be contacted. SFJAG reserves the right to contact waitlist registrations based on geographic location starting on January 1st, 2027.
Registration Fees
Your registration fee of $830.00 for Club Bead 2027 covers the Thursday evening cocktail party, your classes on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and lunch on class days. All room charges and meals, other than lunch on class days, are the attendee’s responsibility. You may bring a guest to the Thursday night cocktail party. Lunch on class days is for attendees only.
Payment Due Dates
For Club Bead 2027, payments will be due in two installments. Please note that your registration does not reserve a hotel room. You must reserve a room separately through the hotel registration page. You are not required to stay at the event venue in order to attend classes.
- Initial payment, due on registration: $415.00
- Final payment of $415 is due by September 28th, 2026
Our treasurer will invoice you for the 2nd payment near the beginning of September.
Cancellation Policy
- Until May 31st, 2025 – Full refund less a $25.00 service fee to cover PayPal fees and registration costs
- July 1 – September 30th, 2026 – 50% refund
- After September 30th, 2025 – No Refund
Cancellation penalties are calculated on the full amount of your booking.
Non-Participating Guest
Since Club Bead is independent of the hotel charges, you are welcome to invite guests to accompany you to San Antonio. Details for booking are on the hotel reservation page. You may invite one guest to the Thursday night cocktail party, but other Club Bead Events are exclusive to attendees.
Travel Protection
In today’s changing travel environment, it’s important to protect your trip investment so you can relax and enjoy your trip. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, baggage loss, or an unexpected sickness or injury could impact your travel plans. SFJAG / Club Bead strongly encourages you to purchase travel insurance.
Retreat Cancellation
If any portion of the Retreat is canceled due to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below), You will be entitled to a refund. A “Force Majeure Event” shall mean an act of God, act of terrorism, flood, tsunami, strike or other labor condition or dispute, an order or injunction of any court or administrative body or any other act of public authority, severe weather threatening the safety of Retreat attendees or similar contingency or unexpected event, plague, epidemic, pandemic, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis, including quarantine or other restrictions, and any such occurrence beyond the reasonable control of SFJAG. You understand that in all instances, the maximum remedy You may receive for any cancellation of any part of the Retreat, if any, will be the value of Your registration fee, excluding $25.00 for PayPal and other registration expenses incurred by SFJAG, pro rated for the portion canceled.
Recordings
By attending the Retreat, You understand, agree, and acknowledge that (i) You may be photographed and filmed, and (ii) You hereby provide SFJAG with Your absolute, express consent to be photographed and filmed. You further understand and agree that SFJAG can use these images and/or recordings to promote SFJAG events, including future Club Bead Events. Such usage shall be without compensation to you.
At the Hotel, there will be camera surveillance for the purpose of ensuring the safety and proper operation of the Hotel. The Footage may be registered or stored by the Hotel or governmental authorities for the purpose of ensuring the security and safety of Hotel guests and Retreat attendees and the enforcement of and compliance with the safety regulations on the Hotel grounds.
Any recordings made by attendees of the Retreat may not be used for commercial or public purposes, unless consented to by SFJAG (including, without limitation, having ads run on or beside such videos on YouTube and other video sharing websites). Non-professional grade small video cameras and cameras are allowed at the Retreat site. This paragraph does not preclude recording restrictions that may be imposed by the Hotel.
ADA and Meal Accomodiaitons
ADA Accommodations: The hotel’s website advertises accessible rooms. For more information about the physical features of their accessible rooms, common areas, or special services relating to a specific disability, check the link on their website (bottom of the page) or call +1 210-224-4555.
Meal Accommodations: If you have a medical, allergy, or religious dietary request, please specify it on the registration form. We will communicate your request to the venue, but we cannot guarantee that they will be able to fulfill it or how they will do so. If your request requires food to be brought in from an outside vendor and the vendor agrees to this accommodation, any additional charges will be your responsibility.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify and hold harmless South Florida Jewelry Arts Guild, their members, volunteers, and teachers, affiliate from any loss, liability, damage or cost in any way arising out of, or related to, Your actions and omissions at, around, or while traveling to and from, the Retreat.
You hereby waive, discharge, hold harmless and covenant not to sue SFJAG from any and all liability arising out of, or in connection with, the Retreat, for any claims, causes of action, obligations, lawsuits, charges, complaints, controversies, damages, costs or experiences of whatsoever kind, nature, or description, whether direct or indirect, in law or in equity, in contract or in tort, or otherwise, whether known or unknown, arising out of, or related to, the Retreat, Your attendance at the Retreat, or Your travel to and from the Retreat, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of the SFJAG.
