Get out your dance shoes and have some fun! Imposing double sided fans with an appealing Aztec quality sit around a chain of half tilas, delicas and seed beads. Fans are made in 3 sizes. Students should be familiar with tubular peyote stitch with a step up at the end of the row. There are also herringbone increases and decreases. Suitable for intermediate beaders’, tricky for a beginner. Luscious kit colours!

Previously a UK Textile Display Artist, Craft, Gardening and Textile Teacher, and choreographer of unusual Arts and Crafts Workshops, Fran Griffith was captivated by beadwork from the very first day she tried it.

20+ years on, Fran is an established and experienced Bead Artist, teaching, publishing, and exhibiting her work internationally.  She also runs www.

Fran just can’t get enough of the pure joy of design and colour. She dreams sparkling bead colours, mathematical designs, and intricate combinations!

  • Cancellations received more than 45 days before the starting day of a class will receive a refund LESS a $25.00 cancellation fee.
  • No cancellation of class after the list of supplies provided by the instructor or ordered from the instructor
  • No refunds are given for cancellations received less than 30 days before the start date of a class.  In the event of no refund, students will receive instructor hand-outs and/or instructions and have the option to purchase the instructor’s class kit.
