2027 Club Bead Fee is $830.00

Registration fee includes admission to the February 4th, 2027 Trunk Show and Cocktail party, and classes on February 5th through February 7th, and lunch on class days. The registration fee does not include hotel accommodations or meals, except as noted above.

Cancellation fees:

  • 50% cancellation through Sept 30th
  • No refund after Sept 30th, 2026

Requests for group placement must be received by December 31st, 2026. We will do our best to match you with the participants you requested, but we cannot guarantee placement. 

Hotel Information

Our host venue will be the Courtyard Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk. At this time, the hotel registration website is not active, but you can view the rates and other information by clicking here.

Meal Accommodiations

If you have a medical, allergy, or religious dietary request, please specify it below. We will communicate your request to the venue, but we cannot guarantee that they will be able to fulfill it or how they will do so. If your request requires food to be brought in from an outside vendor and the vendor agrees to this accommodation, any additional charges will be your responsibility

IMPORTANT: Your registration is not complete until you have paid via PayPal. If you do not get a confirmation from PayPal that the payment has processed, please contact our treasurer and ask for verification

After completing your payment for registration, you should be redirected to the Hotel Reservation page. You are responsible for booking a room for your stay. If you are not redirected to the Hotel page, please select Hotel Reservations from the Club Bead Menu. Remember: Hotel reservations must be made separately from your retreat registration.
